- Program Director -

I moved to Red Deer in the fall of 2013 from my hometown of High Level, AB to pursue post-secondary education. I achieved my Business Management Certificate in December 2015, and my Sports Management Diploma in June of 2016. Prior to attending post-secondary, I spent my career in the oil and gas industry for 11 years as a dispatcher, supervisor and most recently a Regional Health and Safety Manager for a corporate oilfield service company. From a young age, I always had a love of sports playing hockey, baseball, soccer, golf, and anything else I could sign up for. Reaching my late teens, I began coaching which led me into the organizational aspect of sports. It was the organizing and coordinating of multiple hockey and golf tournaments, curling bonspiels, and even starting a women’s hockey league in my area that reveled my true passion; Sports Management. I look forward to working with all the young emerging athletes, service providers, and volunteers of ASDC–Central. Rechlo has been in her role with ASDC-Central since 2016.
