Perfect program for all athletes who only want strength and conditioning and prefer it in a block format to accommodate their sport season or only able to commit to a shorter time period. There will be four (4) training blocks (summer, fall, winter, spring) but could run up to 2 groups of 15 athletes per block. It may be possible to expand the number of training groups per block but this must be on a needs only basis and only with the explicit approval of RDC Fitness.
Two (2) training groups per block maximum with a maximum of 15 athletes per block.
Training Group A – Monday/Wednesday at a set time.
Training Group B – Tuesday/Thursday at a set time.
Minimum number of athletes per training block is eight (8). ASDC reserves the right to cancel any Champion block that does not have the minimum number of athletes.
AEP athletes will not be allowed to join a Champions group/block.
Winning Edge Seminar are not included.
Champion athletes will receive a full two month RDC Fitness Centre membership for the time that their selected Champions session runs.
