ASDC-Central and our Athlete Enhancement Program (AEP) train all of our AEP athletes at the new RDC Fitness Centre at the Gary W. Harris Jeux Canada Games Centre at Red Deer College. We are excited for this move as ASDC-Central feel very strongly that we will be positioned to better serve the  strength and conditioning needs of the athletes of the AEP and the entire ASDC-Central client base. With this change applications will be accepted for our Athlete Enhancement Program year round;

Our 2020-21 fee structure will be:

Athlete Enhancement Program (AEP) User Fees: $100 (Approx. cost per athlete for seminars, gear, etc. = $150)

RDC Fitness Centre Fee (1 Year membership): $225 (Approx. cost per athlete for Fitness training = $350)

Total 2020-21 Fees per athlete$325 payable to ASDC - Central

 

AEP Fee includes: ASDC branded apparel; access to Winning Edge Seminars (mental skills, nutrition, public speaking, etc.) per year led by experts; athlete assistance, athlete promotion and more. The seminars scheduled October through to April. The 2020 - 2021 schedule will be posted in late September.

Fitness Membership includes: Full access to RDC Gary W Harris facilities; professionally prepared personalized S & C programming; phone app for program tracking; coach led S & C sessions; parent sessions and more. All athletes will be required to complete an Orientation at the RDC Fitness Centre prior to training.

**New** Collegiate Sports Medicine: ASDC-Central and Collegiate Sports Medicine have partnered to provide an “Athlete Priority Program” at the RDC location. Athletes will receive priority booking and a 10% discount on retail items in the Sports Med Shop.

Note: RDC Fitness Centre Membership fees are payable at time of Registration and payable to ASDC-Central. AEP User Fees are due at time of expiration of previous year’s fee or upon application for first time clients.  In order to access ASDC-Central’s RDC Fitness Centre training programs and membership, athletes MUST be in “good standing” with their AEP User Fees.  Athletes will be denied access to Fitness Centre if their AEP status has expired.

All new applicants are required to submit a Coaches Questionnaire. Completed questionnaires can be emailed to info@asdccentral.ca
